  1. My experience with FM, WHERE do I begin??? First of all I MUST say, FM is by far hands down the BEST!!! It’s not just about workouts, but about your overall nutrition as well. I have learned more from FM that will last me a lifetime than I ever could’ve learned on my own. I have taken what they have exposed me to and I’m running with it! My friends and family have noticed a MAJOR difference in not only my new size (down to an 8 – 10 from a 14) but also in how I do my food prep to stay on top of my game plan. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FM & WISH they had more stars I could click on to rate their services. One note is any trainer can guide you, but YOU have to put in the WORK, TIME, COMMITMENT, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE, DRIVE, SWEAT and EVEN sometimes tears!!! LOL. But it’s ALL worth it in the end!

  2. After working with FM for a little over 2 years, I can say I am better off physically than I was when I started. FM is a natural motivator and puts a strong emphasis on diet. Their commitment to their clients and willingness to work with them are two of the strongest assets. During my time with FM, I became pregnant. I also broke my ankle. Through both life changes, FM adjusted my workout regime to accommodate my fitness level. They did research and made sure what I was doing was in line with my limitations and doctor recommendations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Blue Print Fitness to anyone willing to work heard on their diet and physical fitness.

  5. I’ve worked with FM both in one-on-one personal training sessions and in group boot camp sessions. It has been excellent in both circumstances. In the one-on-one, they not only encourages and motivates you through the workouts, but they also teach you about anatomy and how food affects your results. They are always available for questions via email and text; you can just tell they are there to support you in reaching your goals. Their boot camp sessions are more like family get-together. We laugh, cry, motivate, and tease one another to get through the sessions. They are always challenging and completely worth it. I would recommend FM to everyone….and I have!
