Paul exemplary fitness lifestyle models the company slogan “If You Don’t Have Will, Your In The Way.” In 2003 he was involved in a head on collision that nearly took his right ankle and foot. Furthermore, the accident left him with a shattered left forearm. During the healing process Paul tipped the scale at 269lbs. Aided by his mental resolve and unwavering willpower during rehab, he re-taught himself how to walk and run. By going through this experience, Paul can relate to any client he encounters. This allows him to be able to assist them not just physically but mentally and spiritually concerning their goals. Paul is very devoted to helping people in their quest of transforming their health and body. He is Certified personal trainer through AAAI, IFPA, AND NASM. Paul focus is with weight loss, sports conditioning, toning and gaining muscle, building strength, and competing. Paul’s desire is to create Fitness Motivators the gold standard and premises when it comes to health and fitness.

Leonard C. Walker (Leo)

COO of Fitness Motivators
Leo is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISO 9001-2000 Company. He also has a CPR certification from the American Academy of CPR and First Aid, Inc. Furthermore, he also has a BS (Bowie State Univ.) and two MS degrees (Phoenix Univ. and Regis Univ.). He also played numerous other sports such as football, baseball, basketball, and track. Leo has acquired a great amount of experiences working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. The focus of his training has been HIT (High intensity training), weight and fat loss, general fitness, sports conditioning, fitness competition, pre and post-natal. Leo takes a holistic approach to health that incorporates proper nutrition and exercise practices while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Leo is dedicated to the well-being and success of his clients. Some of his ultimate goals is to empower, encourage, and help his clients to become more knowledgeable by learning and understanding how to live a healthy lifestyle. Leo wants to challenge his clients to use their ups and downs during their journey of reaching their goals as a way to give maximum effort at all times.

Tammi Odoms

Tammi Odoms, has been a Certified Cycling instructor since October 2017.
Currently, she’s an instructor at Fitness Motivators and Fitness 4 Less in Clinton. She’s been a part of the fitness world for about 5 years. She’s taken classes in boxing, kick boxing, step, SPRINT (30 minutes high intensity spin) weight lifting and a variety of others. She’s looking forward to more fitness certifications and happy to be a part of fitness motivators.

Keyani Dennis

Kyani Dennis is a fitness and wellness coach who is also certified as a group fitness instructor (Spin and Body Pump) and CPR certified. She has been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years and has loved every moment of it, but she decided to make health and wellness a career when she saw women suffering from preventable diseases that were caused by unhealthy lifestyles, such as eating unhealthy diets or being completely sedentary. She now makes it a part of her life’s mission to help women find their individual path to strong, fit, and healthy bodies.

Kyani is based in Prince George’s County where she and her husband love every moment of raising their three sons. Kyani is also a published author.

Mary Wright Wilkins

Mary Wright Wilkins is a motivated trainer who enjoys assisting others to succeed and believes that fitness is a lifestyle and not a quick fix. She instructed Zumba from 2005-2012 and Cardio Kickboxing from 2011-2013 both inspiring her to take fitness to the next level and become a personal trainer. She obtained her Personal Training Certification in April 2013 through WITS – World Instructor Training School. Her training style incorporates various techniques including Resistance Training, Calisthenics, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which she adapted during her internship. Mary is also a volunteer run coordinator for an all-women’s running club in Southern Maryland, where she encourages and motivates women of all running levels to stay consistent to reach their goals. She became involved with the running group to stay fit which lead her to running 1 full marathon and over 30 half marathons in different states.

Mary is joining the Fitness Motivators team and believes that it is important to teach her clients how to adopt a healthy, realistic lifestyle that they will love and become second nature to them. She feels privileged to provide a service that gives her so much joy.
