Currently, she’s an instructor at Fitness Motivators and Fitness 4 Less in Clinton. She’s been a part of the fitness world for about 5 years. She’s taken classes in boxing, kick boxing, step, SPRINT (30 minutes high intensity spin) weight lifting and a variety of others. She’s looking forward to more fitness certifications and happy to be a part of fitness motivators.

Ebony quickly implemented the practice into her youth development work and started teaching private students Group training came natural to her as she has a genuine love to help people achieve a level of security on their mats in a room full of people. She has a way of engaging each individual student meeting them where they are. She’s taught at some major events in the DMV and in several studios, however her fulfillment comes from the beginner students. Her philosophy is grounded on safety and honoring your own body.
The one thing that Ebony wants all her students to walk away from her classes feeling is “freedom and empowerment.” She follows a quote from BKS Iyengar “ Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life” Ebony believes that one who focuses on balancing the mind body and spirit can achieve mastery of self , making it easier to handle the world. “Too many times we have to suppress our true selves in the name of navigating the world, being safe! It’s time to cut that out. Do you, Be you, the world is much better without a bunch of robots… lol” and remember “Bend don’t break and Never Fold unless it’s Forward” (Ebony Wheeler)
Mary Wright Wilkins
Mary is joining the Fitness Motivators team and believes that it is important to teach her clients how to adopt a healthy, realistic lifestyle that they will love and become second nature to them. She feels privileged to provide a service that gives her so much joy.
Mark and Anissa Davis (WARcycle)
Anissa Davis is the Co-Owner of WARcycle and has been instructing indoor cycling for 2 years. Like a lot of people, Anissa was hesitant to try indoor cycling but once she tried it, she quickly went from the “back row”, to the “front row”, and ultimately to the instructor bike. Anissa quickly realized the benefits of indoor cycling as it has helped her to battle high blood pressure and PTSD. Anissa’s philosophy is simple “We’re all different and we’re all fighting a battle, if I can make it through my battles, you can make it through yours.”
Together, they create WARcycle…where they take a personal investment in each and every one of their riders to ensure they’re getting a top-notch experience that’ll leave them wanting more. WARcycle will encourage, engage and get you excited about the journey you’re about to take. “We know that the road to fitness is not always an easy one, it’s more than a battle…. It’s WAR!”

They care about the health and well being of their clients!! While I was working out under them I learn how to eat healthy and work out the correct way! The things that FM taught me I can use for a lifetime!! They are awesome trainers and better people!! I loved working with FM!!

They are your biggest cheerleaders and the person who kicks your ass all at the same time – even when you’re in the worst mood, they brighten your outlook on life. They are motivational and inspirational. They have changed my life for the better. FM is truly invested in your personal success. On days you don’t meet, a text message reminder to make healthy choices will encourage you to stay on track. They are also a genuinely good people who cares about their clients. Our first 3 months with FM, my sister and I both lost over 50 lbs. I could go on and on about how amazing FM is, but to make a long story short: If you want to train with a genuinely awesome people who are invested in reaching your personal goals, train with FM. You WILL get results and you will NOT regret it. FM lives, breathes, and eats fitness.

They are determined to help you meet your fitness goals!! They teach you about nutrition in a way where I could understand it. Exercises are explained, in a way that you understand so that you know exactly how a particular exercise is helping you and its purpose.
